Celebrating 25 years seems surreal!!  How has time gone by so quickly!  Ironically, when we started PM Solutions, it was a “virtual” company, with me working out of Philadelphia area and Kent working out of Cincinnati. We hired consultants from all over the country and eventually the world! Then, as we grew, we went to “brick and mortar” with four different offices near Philadelphia, Cincinnati, Bloomington and Pittsburgh! Now fast forward to the infamous 2020 … and we’re back to everyone working virtually, with two offices in Philadelphia and Cincinnati areas sitting empty! The wonderful thing is that our early years prepared us, from an infrastructure perspective, to work remotely. We had set up processes for virtual human resources, communications, technology, administration, and remote project management! We were thus able to seamlessly transition through this unprecedented pandemic successfully.

While our past prepared us to work through this time, the thing most memorable to me over those 25 years is all of the wonderful people who came in and out our doors. As Kent and I ease into retirement, we continue to feel so blessed to have worked with so many smart, professional, resilient, and fun people! They made us proud. They helped us grow, both personally and professionally. They felt like family. As our new leadership takes the reigns, we know that this culture will continue … and we proudly look forward to celebrating PM Solutions future milestone anniversaries!
