Webinar Alert: Skills to Develop Now

Posted by Jeannette Cabanis-Brewin

Our 2023 research project, Project Management Skills for Value Delivery, proposes lists of skills that will help organizations deliver value--not just manage projects. While basic PM Skills are definitely never out of style, the profession is faced with the need to ramp up quickly those skills that AI assistants will replace, and develop expertise in areas that AI will free up time and energy to pursue. As if we needed another reminder how important this is, PMI recently dropped a new study on AI in project management that found that only 18% of project managers presently possess skills for working with AI; and they recommend that we now focus on "Communication, problem-solving, collaborative leadership, and strategic thinking"--the very skills we looked at in our research.

Join me and PM Solutions' VP, Client Success, Eric Foss--one of the key SMEs involved in the development of the study--to learn more during our free webinar:

Thursday, Oct. 5 at 2 pm ET (1 PDU offered)

We'll give an overview of the study and take your questions live. Don't miss it!
