Mentoring Workshop

Mentoring is a critical part of a company’s professional development resources.  Formal mentoring programs support new initiatives, impact culture and can be one of the most effective ways to develop new talent.  To make this work, mentors have to be prepared to understand the program, expectations and learning objectives.  They also need to be skilled at delivering constructive feedback.  This workshop is intended to be customized to your organization’s specific program as well as provide the participant with a basic skill set to be an effective mentor.
