This Introduction to Agile course provides a basic understanding of agile, independent of any single brand or methodology. Participants will dive into the concepts behind agile and its mindset. A common vocabulary will be developed that allows practitioners to discuss issues. Participants will develop an understanding of how an agile lifecycle is initiated by applying high collaboration and value-driven development, as well as determine the best tools for their unique environment. They will become acquainted with the main agile methodologies and when to use them. This course is a starting point to acquire the best practices, skills, and tools that enable success in the agile discipline.


This course is intended for team members, managers, project managers, developers, testers, DBAs, release/ program managers, and anyone wishing to understand what agile means.
