Earned Value Concepts and Techniques

Combining project scope, schedule, and cost is the best way to evaluate project progress and determine estimates at completion. This 2 day course introduces participants to earned value concepts that are widely used and accepted as ways to plan and manage projects. Participants will establish a baseline and develop effective measurement techniques. They will learn to calculate earned value metrics, and apply methods to calculate estimates at completion (EAC) for all types of projects.
