New Survey Benchmarks Adaptive Processes, Training: Participate Today!

Jeannette Cabanis-Brewin is editor-in-chief for PM Solutions Research, and the author, co-author and editor of over twenty books on project management, including the 2007 PMI Literature Award winner, The AMA Handbook of Project Management, Second Edition.

With the new emphasis on adaptive methods in the PMBOK® Guide, PM Solutions Research wants to know: to what extent are companies using these methods? How do they train their teams to make the shift? And what are the organizational benefits to using adaptive approaches?

Our latest research initiative: The Adaptive Organization: A Benchmark of Changing Approaches to Project Management, is designed to discover to what degree organizations employ adaptive approaches in their project management practice and their impact on project and organizational outcomes. As always, we're looking to determine best practices and industry knowledge to help you achieve organizational success. The research can be used to benchmark your organization against others as well as to help you build your business case to justify the value of a specific project management approach for your industry and organization.

This survey should take less than 15 minutes of your time. Complete survey results (which include the full data and cross tabulations) will be sent to all those who finish the survey. Please share the survey link widely with your colleagues!

Please submit the survey by end of day Friday, June 29th, 2018. All data will be held strictly confidential, including interview content for those who elect to be interviewed during the qualitative follow-up portion of this study.
