The Project Manager track focuses on developing the technical skills needed to effectively deliver projects on time, within budget, and with quality results. Project Managers must possess skills in defining, planning, tracking, and managing a project and its resources, in addition to setting the direction required to meet project objectives. This track is designed to cover all of these attributes.
To earn a Project Management Master's Certificate, candidates must complete six courses from the curriculum below (two of which must be those identified as required).
