Measure Your Improvement

PM Flight School is the first program of its kind to SHOW you the value of this training program through a unique measurement system included as part of the course. Participants take a Project Flight Test prior to the course to baseline their current knowledge and then re-take the test at the end of the course to measure their progress. Individual and aggregate results are provided to the student and the organization.

PM Flight School Fast Facts

Duration: Five consecutive days (Monday-Friday).

Location: Held onsite at your facility, led by a PMP®-certified PM College senior instructor.

Class Size: Generally ranges from 12-20 participants per course to maximize the team-based learning environment.

Structure: 45% facilitated instruction and 55% team-based and individual activities.

Completion: Graduates earn 35 contact hours toward PMP certification or 35 Professional Development Units (PDUs) towards PMP re-certification, and 3.5 Continuing Education Units (CEUs). A set of PM Flight School wings and a Certified PM Top Gun certificate will also be awarded during a special graduation ceremony on the last day of the program.
