This specialized learning path is designed for experienced project managers that are increasingly faced with managing and trouble-shooting projects that are in jeopardy. These project managers need to be able to identify the cause or causes of the problem, correct the path of the problem, and manage the stakeholders and their expectations. Participants will also learn how to quickly recognize when a project is headed down a path that is likely to fail, and be able to realign the project before problems happen.
