The Project Team Member track is designed to help individuals work as a unit and bring together a team. A project team must function together effectively. To do this, they must share a common language, understand the communication channels, and develop as a team. The three classes focus on making sure everyone understands the overall project management process and their role in that process, establishing an effective communication plan, and developing the team as a functioning unit.
To earn a Project Management Master's Certificate, candidates must complete all three courses from the curriculum below.
