Program Manager

The Program Manager track is focuses on developing the abilities needed to effectively manage and lead multiple high-risk projects that span organizational boundaries. Program Managers must possess skills in managing multiple project managers whose projects contribute to program deliverables, in addition to setting the direction required to meet overall program objectives. This track is designed to cover all of these attributes.

To earn a Program Management Certificate, candidates must complete six courses from the curriculum below (two of which must be those identified as required).
