Course Overview

How does your PMO work with your organization’s executives to build an effective project and portfolio management culture? What are the roles and responsibilities needed for PMO success? How do you ensure that your portfolio of projects is aligned with your organizational strategies? How do you best report PMO performance for optimal decision-making by senior management?
