Course Overview

As technology requirements become more complex in today’s demanding workplace, applying a fast-paced, systematic solution becomes more necessary. This 2-day course is designed to provide IT professionals and project managers with an understanding of the agile concepts, how the Agile Methodology changes the project management framework, Agile vs Traditional principles, and working a project from inception to completion through Agile methods.

    This is an advanced course for participants who have mastered the basics of the PMBOK® Guide. Participants should have completed the Project Management Essentials course or the equivalent and have experience managing project teams.
